  2. Homestyle roast beef served with grilled sweet potatoes tossed in fresh herbs, accompanied by roasted cauliflower, snow peas and marinated olives, topped with a light beef jus
  3. Finely sliced grilled lemon pepper chicken breast, served on vegie cous cous with seasonal vegetables, almond flakes and dill white wine sauce
  4. Crispy skin Snapper filet with brown & black rice, served with seasonal vegetables, pinenuts and fresh salsa verde
